Wyoming and West Regional Inspector of the Year
Kelly Norris, Buffalo, Wyoming Inspector of the Year is honored for her hard work in delivering the Forest Stewardship and American Tree Farm certification programs in her Wyoming State Forestry Division District in the Big Horns of Wyoming. The Tree Farm program is new to this geographic area of Wyoming, where Kelly is located and she has single handedly developed the program in the area.
