2018 Wyoming Inspector of the Year
Kelly has tripled the number of certified Tree Farmers in one year in the Big Horn District. She was instrumeantal in getting the first consultant organized and trained as a certified inspector in the Big Horns area.
Not only does Kelly help promote the Wyoming Tree Farm program she also builds the Wyoming Society of American Foresters (SAF) in the state of Wyoming. Kelly is also the District Forester for Wyoming State Forestry Division and active in the local Fire Dispatch Center.
