Montana DNRC employs 16 Service Foresters across the state to address a variety of forest landowner issues, including insect and disease questions. Please follow the link, to contact your local service forester. The Montana State University Extension Service Schutter Diagnostic Lab provides plant and insect identification, as well as plant disease diagnostics. The MSU Plant Pathology program can provide information regarding plant diseases of economic importance in Montana.
