The Good Forest Management Equals Good Forest Health webinar, held on August 29, 2012, discusses forest health issues that are affecting forest ecosystems throughout the nation. Many of these health issues can be addressed with good forest management practices. Using examples of actual management practices, this webinar explains the concept of how this works. This webinar also discusses how forest management is an important part of Integrated Pest Management.
Matt Jones has been a Resource Forester with the Missouri Department of Conservation since 1986. Previous to this position, he spent five years as forester with the Wyoming State Forestry Division. He received a B.S. degree from Southern Illinois University in 1981.
