Introducing the New Inspection (004) Form Course

In addition to the online inspector training refresher available online in the ATFS Database, Inspectors can now access the newest learning module of the inspector training – the Inspection (004) Form. Lessons in this module cover proper use of the inspection (004) form and how to submit the form properly. There are 2 lessons that take approximately 20 minutes each. The Inspection (004) Form Course is an optional module, separate from the inspector training refresher module, which inspectors can use to refresh their credentials.
