Demonstration Forest
A Tree Farm Demonstration area is designated as a demonstration area of good forest harvest techniques and forest ecology. A demonstration area is instrumental in spreading the message of sustainable forestry in Wyoming and can be a tool to reach out to the public with educational opportunities within the demonstration area. The Billy Creek area State Trust Lands in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming has been given the American Tree Farm System designation of a Tree Farm Demonstration area.
