I have questions about this webinar series, where do I go for help?
Feel free to email us your questions at email@example.com.
Are there CFE credits available?
We apply for CFE credits for every webinar. Sometimes it takes awhile to hear back if we were approved and for how many credits. We will post this information as soon as we have it, but often there is at least a few credits per webinar.
What do I need to do to sign up for a webinar?
To register for a webinar, click on the webinar title or the register link. You will be redirected to a registration form. You will need to fill in your name, state and email address to sign up. An email with the webinar web login address and operator assistance phone number and will be sent to you. You will also receive an email reminder one day before the webinar. Be sure to save these emails and use them on the day of the webinar so it is easy to get logged in on time.
On the day of the webinar, what do I need?
You will need an internet connection to view the webinar slides and hear the audio. You will also need either your registration email or the reminder email that list your dial in number and your web login link. You do not need a telephone, although there will be a phone number for operator assistance available to you.
I missed the webinar, but I am still really interested in learning more about the subject. What can I do?
We understand that things come up unexpectedly and you arenít always able to participate in the webinar you signed up for. That is no problem. If you are still interested in the webinar, you can listen to the webinar recording or view the PowerPoint slides. These are posted a couple days after the webinar in our recording archive.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the most recent recordings. If you are interested in CFE credits the webinar will be available through the web link for 30 days and if you watch the webinar within that period we will have your name and pass it on. When you watch it through the archive page mentioned above we do not have your name on record.
