State Tree Farm programs mange their supplies of signs to distribute one complimentary sign out to newly enrolled landowners. There are legacy signs available for 25, 50, and 75 years of enrollment in ATFS.
State programs are able to work directly with Voss signs to purchase bulk orders of signs at a specially negotiated price sharing arrangement with AFF. Supplies and budgets are limited, therefore AFF must approve all orders with Voss. Reach out to operations@forestfoundation.org for ordering information. Enrolled landowners can purchase up to 3 additional or replacement signs from the sign ordering site. Landowners will need to include their Tree Farm number to verify their enrollment status before fulfillment.
Certificates
Welcome packets, including a letter and a certificate, are sent to new Tree Farmers on a quarterly basis.
Landowner certificates can be generated and downloaded in .pdf form from the ATFS database. State programs may choose to send their own welcome letters or packets to new Tree Farmers as well with their own state specific information or materials. A certificate template with a state chair signature block is available for download.
