Tree Farm Fly-In

May 7-8, 2013 - Washington, D.C.

Please join us for the 5th Annual Tree Farm Fly-in.  Get an in-depth briefing on federal policy issues, learn strategies for being an effective advocate, and meet face-to-face with your Members of Congress.

Early Bird Registration extended to April 5!  

Registration is now open online.  When you go to the next screen, you will be prompted to log in with your unique username and password.  Early Bird Registration is $50, and Regular Registration after April 5 is $65.  (If you register for the event but are unable to attend, we will provide a full refund with cancellation before May 3, 2013.)

Meeting Hotel

We have reserved a block of rooms at L'Enfant Plaza Hotel, 480 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, D.C. 20024.  The room rate is $224 per night.  Fly-in participants may make reservations by calling the hotel at 1-800-635-5065 or by visiting www.lenfantplazahotel.com using the group code AFF513. Please make your reservations by Monday, April 15, 2013 in order to secure the group rate.

Travel Scholarships

A limited number of travel scholarships will be available for participants.  Please fill out an application form and submit it no later than March 29, 2013 to be considered for a scholarship.
