How to Register

The National Tree Farmer Convention is a benefit to certified Tree Farmers and affiliates of the American Tree Farm System. 

Earlybird Registration Deadline:   Friday, August 20, 2004 (save $25.00)

Final Deadline to Register:   Friday, September 10, 2004

Pre-registration is required.  Walk-ins will not be admitted. 

How to register:  Convention registration forms can be clipped or photocopied from the 2004 July/August edition of Tree Farmer magazine or Download Convention Registration Form

Register early for optional events as they sell out quickly.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will be provided on cancellations received in the national office on or before September 1, 2004.

Keep a copy of all forms prior to mailing.

Information on airport transportation, parking, weather, clothing etc. will be sent to you in a confirmation packet.

If you do not receive your confirmation packet within three weeks of mailing your reservation, please notify us at 202.463.2751 or 202.463.5172.  Email info@treefarmsystem.org. 

The hotel reservation form is handled separately and must be sent directly to the hotel.
