17th National Tree Farmer Convention

The 2010 National Tree Farmer Convention will be held in Burlington Vermont, on the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain. Join us on July 13- 15, 2010 for our seventeenth National Tree Farmer Convention. Additional registration materials and further information were included in the March/April 2010 edition of the Tree Farmer magazine. A draft of the schedule of events and the convention logo item pre-order form are now available.
Field Day Only registration is now available. Pre-registration is required, so be sure to download the Field Day Only registration form and send it in!
The state of Vermont issued a special welcome to our convention when their House of Representatives passed a special resolution welcoming the 2010 National Tree Farmer's Convention to Vermont.

Hilton Burlington
Update: Our reserved rooms at the Hilton Burlington are completely booked.
The hotel has set up a special online hotel reservation page where you can make your reservations online and receive our special rate of $139/night for a single or double room. Courtyard Marriott
The Marriot is next door to the Hilton and will accomodate all overflow reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved as a special rate of $149/night. Call 1-802-864-4700 and be sure to reference the “Tree Farmer Convention” to secure our special rate.
Camp Sites
Five sites have been set aside at both the Grand Isle and Little River State Parks for the nights of July 12 – 15, 2010.
To reserve the individual sites, call the Vermont State Park reservation call center at 1-888-409-7579 (Mon – Fri 9 am – 4 pm). Tell the agent that you are part of the National Tree Farmer Convention and would like to reserve one of the sites set aside for convention. Site prices range from $16 - $20/per night plus a $6 reservation fee and must be paid by credit card at the time you make your reservation. After May 1st we will release any unreserved sites to the general public. For more information, visit www.vtstateparks.com

Branching Out Event
The Women's Group of the American Forest Foundation invites you to join fellow women Tree Farmers for an evening of networking and conversation.
